Criteria
The Applicant
must:
1.
Be a
Willowbrook choral or band student in grades 5-8 (8th graders only
considered if they are going on to play in Hononegah’s music program)
2.
Be a
positive role model in the community
3.
Plan
on continuing his/her music education for the following year.
Written Submissions
Please attach
the following to this Application Form:
1.
A 300
words or fewer essay on how attending a summer music camp or taking private
summer music lessons will benefit you and Willowbrook Middle School. Do not
put your name on your essay.

Selection Process
All complete
applications received by the Music Advocates or post-marked by ????, will be reviewed by a
volunteer panel. Scholarships will be
awarded at the end of the year, and be paid out upon proof of student payment. Applications
can be dropped off at or mailed to: Willowbrook Middle School, attention Music
Advocates, 6605 Prairie Hill Road, South Beloit, IL 61080.
